Deposit Refund Policy
When booking a Tandem Skydive online or at our counter, please ensure you meet our technical requirements for the jump, including age, weight and physical condition. If you make a reservation and do not meet these conditions, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. No deposit refund for Ealy Bird Bookings!
Minimum Age to Skydive
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Individuals aged 10 to 17 must present a duly completed parental or legal guardian authorization form, which can be provided in advance upon request. Skydive Cancellation
Skydive Guangzhou, or any other partner promoting skydiving operated by Skydive Guangzhou, reserves the right to cancel all experiences, promotions, or services without prior notice. The skydive may be rescheduled for another available date. In case of cancellation on our part, we will always refund the booking deposit, except in the following cases: early and last-minute bookings (without prior contact) and other special or promotional offers.
Skydive Booking Hour
The selected hour for your Guangzhou Tandem Skydive booking is only an approximation of the time zone you are willing to do your tandem, this does not mean you will be jumping at that specific time. This can be changed! (must be available within a 4-hour time window) You will receive a notification or call of the change. If you do not agree with the hour, contact us.
Payment Methods
For online booking and payment of booking fees or deposits, we offer 2 payment methods: WeChat and Alipay. Cash payment may also be accepted at the airfield.
Booking Process
For last-minute bookings made less than 72 hours in advance, it is essential to contact Customer Service via WeChat or WhatsApp. Without this prior contact, we assume you will have complete flexibility to adjust your booking to our availability. No refunds will be given for last-minute bookings made without prior contact.
Last-Minute Policy
All last-minute bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to different cancellation and deposit refund policies. You must be available and flexible within a 6-hour window to allow us to adjust the reservation according to our schedule. If we are unable to reach you via Wechat. Whatsapp, email, phone, or SMS, your reservation will be considered void, and the deposit will not be refunded. Please note: Bookings made overnight for the same day are also considered last-minute.
Health and Weight
The skydiving prices in the table are for passengers weighing up to 90 kg. Above this weight, an overweight fee will be charged for each additional kilogram. Consult your doctor if you have any of the following chronic problems: respiratory, cardiovascular, orthopedic, frequent fainting, epilepsy, or any other relevant condition. The skydive is performed at an altitude of 3,500 meters, with a rapid descent to 1,500 meters. An imbalance in air pressure between the inner ear and the external environment may occur.
Airfield Checkin Rules
The aerodrome is an aeronautical facility, and presentation of identification (ID card/Passport) is mandatory for check-in for skydiving. Access to the skydiving landing area is restricted to technical personnel only.
Skydive in Group
We cannot guarantee the number of tandem skydiving clients on each flight, nor that all groups will be able to jump together. While we do our best to meet our clients’ needs, please be prepared to skydive with other tandem skydiving clients on the aircraft.
Tandem Jumps Order
The jumps are made according to the schedule and the order of arrival, based on online reservations. However, the organisation of the jumps can be changed so that Skydive Guangzhou can optimize all the available resources, airplanes, air traffic clearances, customers’ weight among other logistical options.
Vouchers Validity
Vouchers are valid for 6 months. If this period is exceeded, the voucher will no longer be valid. If you wish to extend the validity of the voucher for another 90 days, a fee of ¥660 will be charged, which must be requested within the voucher’s validity period. Vouchers can be transferred to another person. Vouchers are non-refundable.
Skydive Video or Photos
Jumps can be recorded in HD video and photos (optional services). After editing by Skydive Guangzhou, the files are delivered in person or sent online via WeChat, WhatsApp, or a similar file upload service. Please ensure your contact information and email address are correct before submitting the registration form.
Booking Confirmation
Skydiving is highly dependent on various external factors, many of which we cannot control or predict. Weather, supplies, air traffic control, aircraft operations, and others can affect our activity. We recommend that you contact us one day before your booking. The night before the skydive, Skydive Guangzhou will confirm whether or not the skydive will take place after checking weather conditions, airspace, and other factors.
Extra expenses for tandem passengers
Remember: Skydiving is highly dependent on various external factors, many of which we cannot control or predict. Weather conditions, airspace, unscheduled maintenance. The day before the jump, we consult all the departments involved, and even then, conditions may change on the day of your skydive. Be aware of this! All expenses for travel, food, and other items not included in our price list are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Clothing & Footwear
Bring comfortable clothes on the day of your tandem skydive, we suggest jeans, T-shirt or Sweatshirt. Footwear, sports shoes. If you do not have any of this, do not worry, we have shoes and clothes for you.
Extra Weight Fees
From 90 kg to 94.9 kg = ¥300, from 95 kg to 99.99 kg = ¥600, from 100 kg to 104.99 kg = ¥900, from 105 kg to 109.99 kg = ¥1200, from 110 kg to 114.99 kg = ¥1500, from 115 kg to 119.99 kg = ¥1800. Passengers weighing more than 100 kg will be assessed by a professional instructor from Skydive Guangzhou.
Lockers
Skydive Guangzhou offers free lockers where you can store your personal belongings. The use of the lockers is your responsibility.
Give up and No-show
Free cancellation with a full refund if you contact us via WeChat or WhatsApp 72 hours before your reserved date for the tandem skydive. Failure to show up will result in the loss of the right to a refund of the deposit. Advance bookings are non-refundable.
Deposit Amount
A partial prepayment of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on-site on the day of the reservation. No refunds will be given for no-shows. The deposit can be used for 6 months from the date of booking. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund of the deposit.
Forbiden Objets
Inside the plane or during the skydiving experience, for safety reasons, the following personal items are prohibited: earrings, necklaces, analogue or digital watches, lighters, cell phones, camcorders, knives and other sharp or explosive objects!
Experience Duration
The average duration of all logistics leading up to a tandem skydive is 1 to 2 hours; however, various external and internal organizational factors can considerably increase the waiting time, both in high and low season. For example: hot days, air traffic and local air traffic control, delays from other clients, managing the total weight of the group, among many other factors specific to aerial activities. Have the day available.
Food / Meals
Tandem jumping is an extraordinary experience, so feed yourself with light meals and without exaggeration. It is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages on the day of the jump.
Image Services
The contracted image services are performed using the most modern GoPro equipment available on the market and are handled by the best skydiving professionals. In cases of image loss due to technical problems, equipment failures, weather conditions, or other reasons, the passenger may be reimbursed proportionally only for the item that had the problem, considering that the skydive was performed.
